Programs

We recognize that every individual’s journey is unique. Our programs are designed to meet people where they are, offering support tailored to their specific needs. Whether someone requires immediate assistance, short-term transition support, or long-term transformative care, we are here to help.

Immediate Support

Services that provide critical assistance to those facing urgent needs, ensuring they have access to safety, shelter, and basic necessities.

  • The Client Welcome Center serves as a walk-in access point for Coordinated Entry, offering immediate assistance to those in need.

  • The first step for an individual to enroll in St. Patrick Center programs. Individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless come to the Welcome Center to meet with intake specialists and be referred to various programs within St. Patrick Center.

  • We identify individuals experiencing homelessness, particularly those with severe barriers to housing and health stability, and connect them to resources like shelter, emergency food, and transportation.

  • We are a comprehensive, low-barrier, low-demand, 24-hour safe haven that provides safety, security, and wrap-around services for those who may struggle to succeed in a traditional shelter environment.

  • We offer financial assistance for past due rent, utility bills, or first month’s rent and deposit to individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

  • Emergency shelter for up to 40 women experiencing homelessness, mental illness, or substance use disorder. The program includes case management and support services to prepare them for permanent housing.
