Operation Safe at Home

Introducing Our New Fundraiser

Operation Safe at Home  is a new campaign to help the people in our community who are struggling to make ends meet during the pandemic. Unfortunately, we’re unable to host our long-running fundraiser, Trivia Party, this year, and the need for our services is only increasing.

Our goal is to help 164 households remain safe in their homes by March 31, 2021. It costs an average of $735 to keep a family in their home. This includes rental assistance, utilities assistance, food and clothing.

Because of dangerously cold temperatures, St. Patrick Center and community partners recently opened a Safe Haven onsite for our most vulnerable neighbors. We estimate the cost of operating this service is $1,757 per day. Your gift to Operation Safe at Home will provide safety, shelter and services for people who are experiencing or at risk for homelessness. Read more here.
