Meditation is more than a buzz word today—it’s a popular practice to reduce stress and anxiety, and produce calm and growth. Without a doubt, being homeless is very stressful for individuals. Imagine how meditation might helps! For 10 years, our own Ann Rotermund has been teaching meditation at St. Patrick Center. These classes are very important to clients working to transform their lives from homelessness to independence.
