Irish Open Gala & Golfer Information

Thank you for your support of the Irish Open Gala and Golf Tournament. Please submit your gala guest and golfer information below. Begin with entering your name or group contact person and then enter guests after letting us know if you are attending each event. Please help us plan appropriately and provide the names and email addresses of your gala guests. We appreciate your cooperation and are flexible, as we all do our part in supporting the fundraising efforts of this event.

Please note that golf is limited to the first 288 golfers to ensure speed of play. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The tournament will include a golfer gift, lunch buffet and top place prizes, registration starting at 10:00am. Shotgun start at 11:30am. Dinner will be provided and after tournament.
