Grateful for Gifts

Thank you to the individuals, businesses, government and other service providers in our community helping St. Patrick Center clients improve their lives.

SSM Health employees in February helped stock our food pantry with nearly $5,000 worth of food items.

STL Police Dept. Purse Donation 1-18 (8) - editedLadies Encouraging Others, a group of St. Louis Metro police officers, in January hosted their Blue Bags With Swag event and donated dozens of purses to our clients.

The girls of Cor Jesu Academy and St. Joseph’s Academy in January collected nearly 18,000 pair of new underwear and socks in their 13th annual Funderwear Challenge/basketball game.

Thanks to the 4th graders at Zion Lutheran School in Bethalto, Illinois for their “blessing bag” donations – 200+ pounds of snacks, water, socks, gloves and personal hygiene items.

Shoe Give Away 1-18 037 - edited & croppedSt. Patrick Center clients received new steel-toed work boots, tennis shoes and hoodies, thanks to Circle of Concern, the Nike warehouse in St. Charles and former board member Roy Gillespie.

Congratulations and thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Westrich (Perrin and Sophie), who collected move-in kit supplies at their October wedding, instead of wedding gifts.

Zarrilli Donation 12-26-17 002The Zarrilli and Romano families went grocery shopping for our food pantry, instead of spending money on Christmas gifts for each other. They stocked their donations, too.

Our Christmas Wishes family sponsorship program in December provided more than 500 clients and their families with Christmas gifts, thanks to many donors and volunteers.

We salute the Trevisano family and the volunteers who braved cold temperatures over the holidays to raise nearly $6,800 at the Trevisano Teddy Bear Christmas Land home light display.
