Good News for August 2020
— The Workforce Development team prevented a return to prison by helping a client with transportation to his St. Charles County court appointment.
— The parents of a former client stopped by to make a donation. They say we saved their daughter’s life ten years ago. She passed away last year.
— Thanks to Rosati substance use counselor Herice Vereen for improving programming and using her community connections to gain food, water and other needed items for our clients.
— Congratulations to the Project HERO team for achieving 94% permanent housing placements for veterans; 70% positive program exits; and 6% negative program exits. All numbers exceed national averages.
— Thanks to Frank Leta Automotive Family for helping a client purchase a car. She saved $2,500 and Frank Leta contributed $2,000 to make it possible.
— Congratulations to the Project Live team for graduating four clients from permanent supportive housing to permanent housing.
— Thanks to Rosati case manager Frances Haack for improving the rec room with classes and equipment, and for creating a food and necessities pantry for residents.
