We have good news to share!

The national Supportive Services for Veteran Families program recognized our SSVF team for stably housing highly vulnerable veterans.

Thanks to employment volunteer Jack Linhares for helping several clients get job interviews that turned into permanent placements.

After five years of building a trusting relationship, our Mobile Outreach team brought in a client and helped him get his Social Security benefits.

An Assertive Community Treatment client, once needing daily visits, achieved stability and graduated from the program.

Our Workforce Development team helped a client find a full-time job after he was found surfing public transportation for weeks to stay warm.

Our Supportive Services for Veteran Families team partnered with Loaves and Fishes to find immediate shelter for a woman fleeing domestic violence.

An Assertive Community Treatment client achieved a significant period of sobriety and complete his probation.

The Rosati team collaborated with the Workforce Development team to help a client obtain a part-time job.

After several applications, an Assertive Community Treatment client was awarded a grant for important cosmetic dental work.
